I have had a packet of Winchester ammo with a primer in backward so with the millions of rounds manufactured it is not surprising that an OCASIONAL failure of QC might let a brummy slip through. Maybe it should never happen but nothing and no-one can get it right 100% of the time. Von Gruff. |
