Yes indeed, the spirit of the responses seemed to be, "Well that's hunting!"
Anytime someone is shot, it is either intentional (e.g., self-defense), or a world-class screwup.
In the PH elbow shooting above, if the client had just cracked his action open in order to traverse the creek and the rough terrain surrounding it, there would have been no accidental injury.
