Agree on all counts. If it was the clients bullet that stopped that charge I am guessing the PH gave him a pass. I once had a PH get a bit annoyed when I fired five feet to his left three feet behind him. I had to politely remind of the shot he fired from 10 feet behind me (probably three feet to my right) two days before. We were both wrong, of course.
