Africa leaves everyone with such wonderful memories. Putting the animals you've taken aside, what would you count as those one or two special happenings that you'll remember forever? One of my favorites was one evening while in a bush camp in Kruger NP, my wife and I went outside, drove to the darkest end of the camp and got into the back of the baakie with some pillows and blankets. We then proceeded to just watch that amazing South African sky for the next 2 hours, with the sounds of the African bush all around us. It was truely magical!
