People will do what people can get away with ... just part of human nature.

But you are right, in that educating the next generation in respect and ethics (not just hunting) is always the way to go.

As I have said several times on the net, I once wondered where I personally go my own "mindset", especially being close to 100% self taught a lot of things, especially hunting and shooting, and one day realised my sporting hunting attitudes came from the writings of "Bwana Samaki" ie Murray Mitchell, and his columns in the old "Shooters Journal".

It is good for the young to learn from the "elders" of the "tribe".
