At the moment the foreign aid organisations are complaining about the food aid that they are giving to farmers there. Instead of eating it they are selling it so they can buy maize grain at inflated prices in order to plant the next years crops. The food aid organisations are complaining it is meant to be eaten not used to plant crops so the farmers can feed themselves next year.
