Always produce one or two more kids than you can support. So all the good doctors run to Africa on their vacations to save the downtrodden so they can produce more kids, and then once again get to go back the next year to save even more downtrodden.

Hmmm...the golden age of Kenyan safaris...minimum of 3 months, etc. In todays dollars I estimate, $250,000, or more. That is going to leave out a lot of folks!
