I've been four times; elephant, multiple Cape Buffalo, stink bull giraffe, plains game, sititunga, wart hog, baboon.

I carry and use:
1. Ruger #1 in .458 Lott.
2. Weatherby .257 W. Mag.

So far no complaints from any animal.

BTW: I used a S&W 500 Mag on the stink bull. Second vertebrae, giraffe on the ground.
