I usually look for an easy solution before the hard ones.

Can you please confirm that you were logged in and had not voted in the same poll before trying. About 80% of members view the forums without logging-in first, meaning they may wonder why the "Reply" buttons aren't working. They need to be logged-in!

If you were not logged in you will get the "only registered members may vote" message.

If you had previously voted you get either the "only registered members may vote " message OR "you have previously voted in this poll" message. Not sure why it changes the message after a while.

If you were logged and had not voted, I would be very interested in having this confirmed as there may be a bug needing fixing.
