Try the 350 TSX in your 416 Ruger. I have to agree - the 400 grain factory loads will knock the flour out of a bisquit, but you can shoot it well, with practice. My buff and ele didn't complain at all! As I loaded the TSX I found it a lot more pleasant to shoot, proved more accurate in mine, and will work for everything.
