old hunting pic with a vergueiro or M 88 rifle?

when looking for something on my hardware found an old pic again that I save sometimes somewhere
I dont know when or where it was made but believe it was of german origin. what do you think is it a vergueiro rifle or a M 88 military rifle? its clear that the action is polish and the rifle is original military. I am not sure if there is a mannlicher magazin.
