You know with a bit of thought, the outfitter or even a separate company could take all your measurements and then put together a bag of cheapish cotton shirts, trousers/shorts, socks & a jumper etc and either send it to the outfitter in advance or your arrival or meet you at the airport to hand it over personally...... think of all the money you'd save on excess baggage fees and then you just leave it with the staff afterwards.
Why not just use the postal system to send stuff over and also back again. Much cheaper. Have done that dozens of times when travelling around the world, sending stuff home by post before flying home, or the next leg of a trip.
