500 grains has a valid point if the hunt was acceptable to a disabled hunter. I could not hunt a lion in South Africa.

I would submit that hunting 15,000 acres of Bushveldt on foot would not be that easy. As 9.3 has indicated, the behavioural conditioning of the animal would make it a canned hunt, not necessarily that sized area.

The idea of possibly taking more than one lion in the advert as posted absolutely stinks.

Bramble, has your recent success in the ashes prompted the mention of a cricket bat ? The use of a cricket bat must be the genteel english method. Here in Oz we would just grab the nearest Waddy Stick and wail the c#@p out of the offending animal. Crude I'll admit, yet effective ... and strangely satisfying if not quite the Tarzan approach of our Kiwi colleague Sarg.
