Mate, you didn't offend me at all, so please don't worry about it.

Things here are just so different from elsewhere and it just ain't gonna change. Hell, it took me bloody years to stop most of my staff calling me Master and even now, they can't bring themselves to just call me Steve. It's either Mr Steve, Catman Shakari or M'fesharne which is my Zulu honour name but no way wil anyone ever call me just Steve.

I guess I should be glad I've got that far with 'em!!!
