If you are after Dangerous Game get your own rifle and get to know it in the field or the range and get a quality gunsmith to go over it as you do not want it to fail in a dangerous situation . If price is a problem the best value for money I would get is a original Winchester, 70, Pre 64, in .375H&H and get a 'smith to go over it or a new Winchester 70 "Classic Safari Express" in .375H&H or a BRNO in .375H&H or .416 Rigby , if you are after a double a Merkel in .470NE is value for money or a William Douglass if you can find one.
