My rifle should finally be home soon. It's been sitting at customs at the Sydney airport waiting for someone to collect it !!! I'm 1000km's away, hello!!!! Then when some bloke there decides to do something, he can't find my paperwork. After phonecalls back & forth he finally tells me the paperwork isn't there anywhere and that I will have to get another original of the B709A form and then send that with a letter to Qantas allowing them to take authority of the rifle so that they can forward it to me !!!
I thought I'd leave it a day or so and try to get hold of the lady that took my paperwork. Then last night I get a call from customs again and a very helpful and appologetic women explained that she had proccessed the rifle and she didn't know why there had been a problem as the paperwork was where it should have been.

Anyway, it should all be good now.
