It might state what QBE considers a suite case in the policy--but to get a definitive answer I would send a memo or email to them and get something in writing... Sometimes when there is an exclusion, there is a give back of coverage somewhere else in the policy, you may want to check that as well. It seems a bit odd, based on who the association is that is offering the coverage, that this would be in there...again, I would suggest contacting the insurance carrier. I might be wrong but at first blush, I would say the answer to your question based on the info you have given so far is yes. Insurance carriers have more ways to get out of a claim than to pay one..IMHO...some of it a by-product of our litigious society..but the fact remains, insurance carriers are not your friend at claims time…during premium paying time however, they love you.. ![]() Ripp |
