Steady on. Please.
Firstly, I did not accuse you of that, and I do not know why you would have drawn that conclusion from what I wrote. You cannot call someone a liar when you are unaware of what they said (at least in this context). However, once you have been made aware of what has been said, to *further* contradict them requires that you are either calling them a liar, or you are calling them incompetent.

You have now clearly and obviously contradicted a person who is far better informed and far better placed to observe the situation, than you will ever be. I can only suggest that you obviously have very high confidence in your powers of deduction .... and ahhhh "intuition".

The clear implication of the PH's statement , is that the client did exactly as she should, givemn the information availabkle to her at the time. We are all aware that there are time when unknown circumstances render our best decisions inappropriate. But this should not be used as an excuse to denigrate someone who did their best with what they had.

My apologies if I went too far Cooch. Perhaps I misinterpreted what you wrote

but I suggest that you think carefully before you call someone who was there - and who has sufficient experience to understand what was going on - a liar.

I was simply stating my opinion that regardless of apparently doing what her PH said was appropriate, a man got shot. I can't see how that simple fact can be interpreted other than as I described. I said that I accept that it was an unfortunate accident. But accidents have consequences. Of course it could happen to anyone, which is why it is good to have these discussions - so that at least people can have thought about possible consequences in advance. Anyway, I stand by what I said. I think perhaps you have misinterpreted that, but we can agree to disagree.
