You cannot call someone a liar when you are unaware of what they said (at least in this context). However, once you have been made aware of what has been said, to *further* contradict them requires that you are either calling them a liar, or you are calling them incompetent. You have now clearly and obviously contradicted a person who is far better informed and far better placed to observe the situation, than you will ever be. I can only suggest that you obviously have very high confidence in your powers of deduction .... and ahhhh "intuition". The clear implication of the PH's statement , is that the client did exactly as she should, givemn the information availabkle to her at the time. We are all aware that there are time when unknown circumstances render our best decisions inappropriate. But this should not be used as an excuse to denigrate someone who did their best with what they had. |
