I must disagree. The shooter knew there was a dog handler, but fired a .300 win mag not knowing where the bullet would land. As it turned out, unfortunately, the bullet landed in a man's pelvis.
Add to that the fact that very few humans are killed by leopard attacks, but a torso hit from a .300 win mag has a very significant chance of being fatal, and it looks like the shooter was negligent.
