These are legal statements, not press-releases or media interviews.

The recipients of these statements - the police - are already very well aware of who the victim is, and no other inference may be reasonably drawn from the reference to which Paul objects. It is also worth considering that the police will interview all present, and will also use any video that was taken, as evidence. If they consider that the case warrants it, it will then go before the court. I suggest that the court will make the appropriate decision.

I hope that if any of you are ever in a situation which involves the injury of a person as a result of your action.... those who read about it will give you more "benefit of the doubt".



Let's also remember that leopards can and do, kill people. Having charged the party, it presents a clear and obvious threat to life.
