I've been getting a few e-mails from forum members who are concerned that their non-metal guncases might be illegal after June 1st when the new laws come into force.

The metal case requirement ONLY applies to RSA registered firearms dealers who are transporting large consignments of firearms.

Ordinary hunters will still be able to use plastic/ABS cases such as tuffpak.
