I know I have said many times I love the 375 use it for all my dangerous game but thats because of shoulder injuries but since the invention of the 375 africa has changed the animals seem to be not on the plains but in the thick bush and if you can handle it 416 is 100% better 375 will do it but its not a stoper its the least of the calibers legal for dg because its ok at that for hunting buffalo hippo elephants etc it can be done and im living proof it is but are there better you bet if dg is in your future swap bbls on your 375 and turn it into 416 remington
