While I agree that having a larger caliber than a .30 can be a good enough idea in areas where dangerous game can be found, it is definitely not needed in the majority of South African game farms.

With that said, I've hunted plenty of plains game with a 375H&H, and had fun doing so. But with the price of ammo (at least over here), reloading is the only way to go.
