Most airlines have a limit of 5kg for ammunition. You can safely allocate approx 5 rounds per animal hunted and this will leave enough for sighting in and scope adjustments if required as well as hunting.

I left my PH most of the 40 rounds I took to cover 8 animals. Depends what kind of a shot you are.
