I have the impression that the northeast has settled down quite a bit these last couple of years. Things change constantly in Africa, sometimes for the worse but sometimes also for the better. Uganda is definitely one of my favorite African countries, and I sometimes regret that we did not settle down there when we had a chance.

As for the outfitter, I presume it is still Kaka Matama that runs the show?
