I don't know much about hunting in Zimbabwe....but I sure wouldn't mind a buffalo culling permit in Kenya!
I have read a lot about tax benefits/cheap land for those who will invest in Mozambique (sounds strangely like desperation). For someone with a little capital and large kojones it can always bring rich rewards IF you get out in time.
By the way, if someone were to buy a farm/ranch in Zimbabwe under the guise of a foreign owned corporation, would it be safe??
