Whilst it's immoral an unethical they might find it's not actually illegal depending on which province it happened.... actually, I don't see anything that proves it even happened in SA.......... but let's hope they do get prosecuted.
Also dependng on province, the bow shooting aspect (I won't use the word hunting) may be legal. Some provinces do allow it.
