WHAT IF.......... you don't check your guns THRU to Windhoek, but take possesion of them in Jo Berg,(or Cape Town) get the permits, and then recheck them into international departures to Windhoek?

Does this eliminate the transit thru problem?

What if.... I spend a couple weeks in RSA and then go to Namibia? Then all I do is check into international departure, just like above.
