If you are shooting those brain shots with your medium caliber rifle and the brain is missed and you have just moderate damage to cervical structures Mr Running Death may get to his target--YOU!! Yowsers!!

Contrare the true Big Bore caliber would seem to have a better chance of stopping/turning the charge by structural damage if the CNS is missed--and hoping I could make those shots-make mine a 500 NE or 505 please---
