It's your call. Perhaps at my age, I no longer feel the invincibility of youth. What would you do if you're in an accident (like a hunting car rolling over), or you slip, fall and break a leg(this actually happened to a friend of mine from Texas 15 years ago). He needed surgery in Durban, and they insisted on payment up front. I'm not trying to be a prophet of doom, but accidents happen.
