The sensitive case of lion hunting in Namibia

Although I have absolutely no disire the hunt a lion ever in my life, I understand and respect the wish of other hunters to do just that. However, in a remote arid part of Namibia, there is a passionate man spending his life researching the extraordinary life of our country's so-called desert lions. Now, nobody that has not been to this part of the world must even try to comment. This is sacred ground to anybody with a grain of humility and a sense of respect under his nails.

I do not feel like relating the whole issue here, I am just to sad because in a way I am involved with the brave efforts of Dr. Flip (as we all know him) Please take the time and browse through his webpage up till where is ends with the demise of lioness Xpl-17 . . .
