Depends on the size realy. If its an all time record animal I wouldent mind paying that !
However for an average beast then it is high. I imagine with the current crisis and the ammount of cancelled business then it could be highly negotiable.
Then again if its a put and take outfit then they may not have bought the animal in anyway so they aint going to bargin.
