I have hunted in Zimbabwe for the last four years, and interestingly, the prices have gone down pretty dramatically, as the political situation in the country worsens. Last year, I regretted going there, as I begrudged the fact that foreign currency, no matter how small, was being grabbed by Bob's mob.
Hunting the Zambezi valley is about as wild and 'African' as it gets. The Buffalo are mean, cagey and huge !
