Another one that worked for me just by clicking on the big X top right corner of the log-in screen. Nice set of horns on that one. Good that the buff was almost done at the end. Guy having trouble with his double. - hey, rhymes. A 4 or 5 shot bolt gun would have been better than the double in this instance. |

Now that is a heart stopper of a Buff hunt. Well the client seemed to be having trouble with his rifle. Clent went to cycled bolt from the shoulder and had problems. Suspect there was a misfeed of some sort. The PH kept his cool as did the client. |

I've deleted all the distracting posts of people having trouble seeing a Facebook video. The video link worked the whole time. Videos used to be posted on youtube. Nowadays more videos are posted on Facebook. As much as I dislike Facebook, and don't want tomoromite it rather the forums, until they go completely anti hunting, anti gun, it's a fact . Not sharing these FB videos means forum members miss out. And reduces activity on the forums. L People need to learn to cope with it. Sometimes I may copy the file, but it's also pinching someone's owned material. |

Having just posted more distracting FB discussion ... I think Buzz's PH and client do OK. I.m guessing it's acwounded buffalo follow up. The PH fires his double at close range misses the brain and spine. Fires another shot at the rear end of the buffalo. No idea if either hit or not. Reloads well on the run. Doesn't shoot the buffalo coming at him when the clients behind it. Shoots it at very close quarters. The client shoots his bolt reloading at the shoulder. The "miss" might be a pass through? Runs off out of the way. Then gets out of the way , I think someone yelled at him. To run to the side. The buffalo was flagging at the end. Some of those shots connected. The cameraman kept filming. In the midst of it. Kept the camera on target, on the action, didn't panic, drop the camera from the action, shake etc. Even when the client backs up into him. I've got footage of a scrub bull charge. The clients wife filming it shook and shaked, dropped the camera down when the scrub bull came running down. Missed opportunity. One needs a camera person with steely nerves .. Well done to Buzz's guy. On another Buzz hunt, our member Larcher's cousin Luc, kept filming right up to an elephant clobbering him at the run. Buzz's cameraman got that on film as well That video has not been made public I believe, Most dramatic ele charge video I've seen. Luc survived, broken shoulder, ribs, not bad from being pushed under an elephant's forehead twenty feet ... Tough French guy went hunting again a few days later, messed himself up everytime he shot his rifle. Buzz does not do boe hunt elephant any more I believe. |
