This is a question for the Canadian contingent:

I have a Ross M-10 in .280 Ross equipped only with open sights. Is there a receiver sight or a scope mount I can use with this rifle which will allow me to take advantage of its long range characteristics? I simply can't see open sights well enough to make it usable past 100 yards.
