I was reading the post here and all of a sudden realized that I've spent the last 30 or so years trying to give your question the ultimate answer. Here it goes:

22 hornet - Brno Fox (22RF is not legal for hunting in Portugal)
7mmRM - Kiplauf Hubertus Krieghof
9,3X74R - CCS 25 double FN Browning
375HH - Dakota
470NE - Krieghof Classic double

I don't remember the last time I felt the need of another gun, let alone pure lust.
For sentimental reasons I still keep my first rifle a very worn 30-06 BSA.
Besides these I have used 22RF, 243, 270, 300WM, 9,3x62 and 45-70.
Should I have to keep only one rifle I would get another 9,3x62.

Shotguns will go another day.
