I've been reloading for close to 45 years and have alot of reloading books. I reference them quite often when a queston
comes to mind. Sometimes I post that queston to see how different people would handle it.
What I've loaded should do what I want 2700 with the 250.
I used the same load I loaded with the 300 Serria B.T. It is
81 gr of IMR 4350. There is another guy on the web has his own web sight and shows loads for all calibers except the real big bores. His sight says 82.5 is max for the 375 H&H
shooting the 250gr bullets. I wouldn't go that high tho.
I figure If 81gr can get the 300gr bullet up to 2648 it should get a 250gr bullet up to 2700 fps.
