I learned to shoot on a Brno Model 1 and I have owned several 22s over the years including a Walther KK and an older Anschutz in India and my current is a Marlin 60 semi auto. If I could afford it, I would buy a Volquartsen semi auto, especially one of the Signature customs. I have seen the little rifles in Wisconsin and they were very beautifully made.
