I was looking over some red-dot sights in the gun store yesterday.
Amazing differences in them. Some had a 3X magnifying short scope mounted behind them on the same picitinny rail that clamps onto another rail or Weaver style bases.
2MOA were available and would work. They also had a small laser that was visible on the snow outside in the sunshine. I suspect that one might be hard on the eyes if shone there.
Most of the sights I was looking at were in the $500.00 to $900.00 range. Too rich for me.
