One of the local shops had a new one in 45 Colt for a couple of months.. this model actually.. decided to go in and get it, was gone... but they are still available.. older models like originally posted are obviously much much more desirable..

Is .45 Colt and .45 Long Colt the same?
I was told the original 1873s were not chambered in .45 Colt. Is this correct? Doesn't matter to me. A lever action and revolver in the same cartridge would be cool.
