I know it's nit picking, but true MOA is 1.047" at 100yards, thus 10.47" is 1 MOA at 1000yards.
2.7" would be .258 MOA, even better.
The 5 shot record group at 1000yards now is under 1.068" now
and .282" at 600 yards.
