Most of the time, I reach for a Mauser 9.3x62. That may be bumped in the future: back in '83 I spent some time recovering from injuries and daydreaming my way through the catalog in the back of Gun Digest. I decided "someday" I wanted to have a Mannlicher-stocked Interarms Mark X Mauser in 30-06. Managed to find one this year,it seems to be all I dreamed of as a kid. It will take a while to make up my mind for certain.
