BTW, I don't want to give the impression I think S. Griffin was the holy grail of stockmaking. I like his stuff but R.G. Owen, John Dubiel, Barney Worthen, James V Howe, the Brits and others are also very good. The pre-G&H Griffins are not especially rare. Petrov was convinced that he made a lot of stocks and even mentioned that he had encountered about 20 of them in a year. It's just fun to try to pick these things off online once in a while:) |
