According to "Sako Model History (Europe)" on Wikipedia, the initial chambering was 7x33 Sako but by end of production the L-46 was factory-chambered for the following long list of cartridges:
5.6×35mmR, .22 Hornet, .218 Bee, .222 Rem, .222 Rem Mag, .25-20 Win, 7×33mm Sako, .32-20 Win
The L-461 had a somewhat shorter list:
17 Rem, .222 Rem, .222 Rem Mag, .223 Rem
