The L461 has a a fixed staggered column magazine with hinged floorplate where the L46 has a detachable magazine. stock is also slimmer on the L46. Unsure if the L461 stock is 2. piece . Marrakis covered the bolt and safety differences
The L461 still feels very nice in the hand.
