I might be wrong but I don't think this rifle has anything to do with the above.. they are going after a market share the same as most every other rifle manufacturer trying to make a profit is trying to do.. I am willing to bet there are more firearms sold in one month in the US than in most other parts of the world in a year.. That is who they are marketing to..

Have not shot this yet, and really do like Sako in general..but not so sure about this one..
