Yes..I bought 2 and built custom rifles with them..

More and more higher end gun companies or custom gunsmiths are using titanium to build lighter weight mtn rifles using carbon fiber stocks and barrels along with titanium actions..completely built rifles are normally under 6 lbs. without the scope... some are closer to 5 lbs.
