I have shot them A LOT --incredibly mild recoil..

You want muzzle blast stand beside one of my RUM's when fired...

Blew the hat right off a buddy of mine who was picking someing off the ground in the next station off when I touched off my .257 Weatherby.. still makes me laugh to this day..
