Decent article, but I despise the title.

Can the 6.5 mm (anything) shoot a 200gr. RN or Silver Tip .308" bullet at 2,600fps?

If the answer is no, then that sort of settles the question, in my opinion, on which is better for moose, elk or the larger ungulates.

The real debate would be over which one was better for longer range deer-class animals. I would think that within feasible range limitations, they could be VERY similar or equal.

However, these statements would not earn much money in pay per word articles.
